Pipe renovation techniques
For damaged or aging pipes, we use a seamless fiberglass liner. This sleeve is impregnated with polyester resin and inserted into the existing pipe. It is then cured with UV light to form a new, strong pipe. This allows us to quickly renovate pipes from the inside without any demolition work and with minimal impact on the surrounding area.
For projects that require greater structural strength, we insert a prefabricated fiberglass-reinforced polyester pipe into the existing pipeline. This innovative system combines reliability with efficiency and is particularly well-suited for larger diameters or heavily worn networks.
In pipe bursting, we replace old pipes by breaking them in a controlled manner while simultaneously pulling a new pipe into the same location. We use this method selectively for pipes that need to be completely replaced, while maintaining the original route.
There are various techniques available for renovating existing wells. Depending on the current condition, you can choose an epoxy coating, fiberglass panels, or other techniques. We’ll work with you to determine which technique is best suited for that type of renovation.
